Action Against Hunger (ACF) USA is part of the ACF- International Network which works to save lives by combating hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable communities, through nutrition, food security, water and sanitation, health and advocacy.
The Capital Finance Assistant will work closely with and support the Finance team in managing the cash box at capital level. S/he will be directly managed by Admin Co. and work closely with the Finance officer when required.
Job Title: Capital Finance Assistant
Location: Abuja
Main Responsibilities:
    - Management of the cash box
    - Assist Admin Co: monthly/weekly Cash forecast
    - Assist Admin Co: on the monthly financial closure
    - Archiving financial documentations from donors
    - Provision of cash advance purchases to Logistic department.
ESSENTIAL Qualifications & Skills:
    - Diploma/Bachelor of Sciences in Accountancy/Finance
    - Minimum of 2 years experience in similar positions.
    - NGO experience preferred
    - Exceptional organisation
    - Time management
    - Attention to detail
    - Maintain Confidentiality
    - Strong computer skill
    - Fluent in English
