Field Sales rep (Dealers)
Job Purpose:
To ensure growth and profitability of the business via the dealers. Responsible for sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Manage a pipeline of incoming dealers.
• Regularly visit accredited dealers and oversee partnership applications.
• Follow up accredited dealers performance and rewards.
• Provide training support to accredited dealers sales force
• Launch accredited dealers activity in new clusters.
• Control accredited dealers compliance with SEN price policy.
• Give commercial training support to dealers.
• Control compliance with price policy.
• Perform activities such as lobbying to promote advantage of SEN standards.
• Work closely with other service engineers and customers as required.
• As required formulate limited on site reports.
• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely fashion as directed (job sheets, time
sheets, expense sheets, reports and commissioning / maintenance sheets etc).
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and ensure necessary conduct in accordance with
that of an ambassador of the company.
• Maintain all company property issued and bring to the company’s attention at the earliest
convenience any item/s that are not of a serviceable nature.
• Promote at all times products and services that the company provides.
• Attend appropriate training courses to enhance skills.
• Maintain a professional and flexible attitude towards the company and its customers ensuring customer satisfaction levels are continually improved.
Qualifications :
Education:
• Hold a minimum of an HND or equivalent with approximately 3 years of related experience. Compatible with technical field.
• Preferably a degree in Electrical Engineering
Knowledge:
• Must have prior field service experience.
• Preferably with some building industry experience
• the core of the offering used by the electrician : panel board up to 400 A, WD, CMS
• The installation standards

Support Sales Manager (DEALER SALES FORCE)
Job Purpose:
To ensure growth and profitability of the business achieved by sales reps in the team.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Set-up and follow up Sales Reps performance through weekly meeting
• Adapt/optimize visit-roadmaps (installers’ portfolio/ sales rep, segmentation of installers, frequency of visits and content (weekly brief, monthly commercial focus…)
• Build individual action plans for the Sales Reps
• Train Sales Rep on field and monitor compliance with sales processes
• Accompany Sales Reps to visit key customers
• Supervise organisation of trainings for Installers.
• Set-up and follow up sales rep performance
• Adapt/optimize visits roadmap (installers portfolio/ sales rep…) & content (weekly brief, monthly commercial focus…)
• Ensure ambitious target setting & monitor closely for performance.
• Coach the Field Sales force for performance per the set targets and build a winning spirit within team.
• Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer strategy at POS in order to further build market share.
• Prepare and lead the Sales Team Meetings with focus on results vs. targets set.
• Identify & implement actions for closing possible results gaps in the concerned POS when they occur.
• Define guidelines for coverage planning.
• Follow up of field budgets versus incremental sales per representative.
• Build excellent relationships with the regional/local responsible manager of the concerned customers.
• Gather and provide competitive information to headquarters on a regular and continuous basis.

Qualifications :
Education & Experience:
• A good University degree
BSc. Electrical engineering or technical degree
• Approximately 5-7 years relevant experience

Channel Sales Manager
Job Function:
To maximize Schneider’s LV/MV Product revenue in the Named Distribution Accounts, increase share over top competitors and establish channel control executing EMEA Distribution Sales Strategies and tactics effectively.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Pro-actively manage customer relationships with Designated Channel Partners in order to maximize market share and achieve assigned revenue targets for the territory.
• Develop relationships with select end-user customers (Targeted & Non Targeted) to support the partner sales efforts.
• Follow-up panel builders activities
• Managing SEN distributors and contribute to Push & Pull method of generating business.
• Make joint calls with the partners to end users. Manage the partner’s funnel in the verticals and support in track closures.
• Responsible for aligning channels activities to promote Schneider products and drive new product solutions that Schneider may bring to market. Managing the utilization of the available marketing resources to ensure high ROI for both Schneider & its partners.
• Continually educating both resellers and Named distribution Accounts on Schneider products and end to end solutions.
• Expand reseller base through the Distribution Accounts and continually look for and engage with new distributors that can add value and revenue to Schneider.
• Expand sales network base through the Distributors Accounts mainly at Lagos (Alaba & Idumota) Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, PH, Warri, Benin & Ibadan.
• Organize Quarterly Business Reviews with Channel Partners and the Line Manager and Management team. Deliver required reporting and channel mgmt information so as to ensure total clarity to the organization on monthly basis.
• Overall performance of the channel/market assigned with respect to turnover, margin, sales volume, collections and maintaining healthy stock levels at distributors.
• Stock planning, sales budgets & plans including also the allocating of individual Distribution partner targets and contracts with terms etc.
• Co-ordination & proper communication with Team & Non-Team members for timely support to customers.
• Keeping basic track of Competitor activities on products and pricing strategy and communicating the same to Marketing Team for action.
• To market and promote Delixi in S2 market segment without affecting SE product activities.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor Degree in Business / Technical with 5-7 years of related experience
