Job Role
The successful candidate reports to the National Depot Manager and will be responsible for the following:
    - Handle the receipt and Shipment of transfer Orders (at most within 5 working days)
    - Create Sales Order/shipment of Sales Order
    - Check the depots posted shipment
    - Make request for depots empties code for onward empties transfers to the breweries locations & reconciliation of depots – Navision stock with actual physical stock
    - Run and compute depots average daily sales
    - Raise Sales Quote and order conversion to mature orders.
Required candidate profile
The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
    - Should not be older than 30 years as at January 1, 2013.
    - Should be willing to work long hours.
    - Should be able to communicate in English language fluently (written and oral).
    - Must be able to work with computer systems (Microsoft Office suite).
    - Should have a minimum of one (1) year post-graduate experience.
Educational Level:
    - Should have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours Lower Division or Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit in any of the following areas: Accounting, Economics, Business Administration and related discipline.
    - Should provide an evidence of participation in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or exemption.

Shortlisted candidates are advised to carefully note the specific dates on which to appear before the panel of interviewers and therefore ensure strict compliance. Individual candidates are requested to bring along with them original copies of their credentials and valid practicing licenses where applicable.
